Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you automatically agree and state having read through my terms of services.

General Terms

  • Payment occurs first and throught Paypal

  • Deadline are up to 2 weeks to 4 weeks. Add up + 10$ for a specific or rushed deadline

  • You are however welcome to ask for update if i haven’t provided one in a while

  • Updates during sketch, lineart, shading rendering

  • You have up to three free modifications on a classical commission. Four for a custom / chara-design commission. If you need more additional fees will occur (+ 5€ per changes).

  • Refund will be negotiated upon my avancement on the piece. No refunds when I’m close to finish / have finished the piece

  • I have the right to refuse an order

  • I own any and all right regarding my artwork.

  • My art shall not be used to for AI / NFT purposes.

Customs

  • You’re able to change your custom as much as you want as long as you credit me for it’s original design and work.

  • You can upload your custom anywhere as long you give credit to me (omoliv_ on IG / omoliv on toyhouse)

Permissions

Will draw

  • any creatures (humain, feline , canine, dragons…) !!

  • slight gore

  • artistic nudity

Won't draw

  • nsfw / gore

  • complex backgrounds

  • complex mecha

  • AI / stolen ocs
